The Royce Apartments

Ramiro always does an excellent job whenever we need help with whatever's wrong with our apartment and I'm thankful for that. He gets the job done and is quick and efficient while still remaining polite and friendly as well. He's been around for a long time, as long as l've been a resident and he's still dedicating all his time and effort in providing nothing but quick fixes and your satisfaction. I'll always ask for him for help no matter what, and I know he'll keep up the good work.

Love it here! This place is absolutely amazing. The maintenance team and Cesar has been a huge help with the move in and answered all questions spot on. He even help helped with some thing with my Grandparents. Thank you so so so much. We never want to leave. All the residents are so nice and great people. The leasing manager was also a huge help!

I really enjoyed my time living at The Royce. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The pools are great, the outdoor areas and grills are great, and so are the lounges. The only issue I ever had was that some residents who live near the gym would complain about the noise coming from the gym early in the morning. Because of that, I joined LA Fitness that is within walking distance.

I still have a wonderful experience with The ROYCE! Everything about the office staff and service is excellent and at a very high level. I want to highlight Ed G. - he is an educated, tactful and very pleasant person. I am still a resident and I like everything. Cleanliness, well-organized holidays and parties. P.S. I have never lost a single parcel from Amazon or the post office here. The park adjacent to the apartment complex is a great place to play picoball and take evening walks.

Everyone at this property is absolutely amazing, everyone we encounter is unlike other places. One of our favorite Maintenance guys is Job. He is always super professional and quick. Leaves the area clean after completing whatever issue there is in the unit. Thank you
