The Rothbury Apartments

Mei-Lin in the leasing office is truly kind and has such a warm heart. She helped me get out of my parking space this morning — she even brought her own shovel, dug me out, and guided me safely out of my spot. You don’t often find people in rental offices who genuinely care this much about their residents. Mei-Lin truly deserves to be an Assistant Manager, not just a Leasing Consultant. You are very lucky to have someone like her on your team. Thank you again, Mei-Lin — keep up the amazing work. You are truly a star at heart. Thank you Again!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When we moved in they gave us a dirty and dusty apartment and never came to clean it after we requested them to do so. So we had to clean everything on our own so we did. We always kept our apartment clean but when we left we left the apartment exactly how we received it. So the management didn’t like the taste of their own medicine and started being petty and charged us “damaged property charges” where all they need to do is clean. No ethics just being petty and unreasonable. It’s normal wear and tear and as a proof they have 10 different photos of the fridge?! Like okay just clean it! It’s not damaged. The maintenance act like they are giving you a favor by doing their job which these dumble do and dumble Dee don’t know how to do anyways. Even if

They’ll steal most of your refund check for ridiculous painting prices on normal wear and tear on walls (one scuffed wall from a desk rubbing against it). Wonder if the place gets a kickback from their painters they hire. Never responded to my email when I asked for their photos they took to make sense of the prices the painters decided to charge. $264.81 to paint, and that was apparently only a “PORTION” of what the painters charged since the leasing office claims it was prorated. In the five apartments I’ve lived in I have never been charged for repainting after around a year lease. So something fishy may be going on. Here’s the ONLY wall that had any sort of wear in the apartment. Also, this all comes after my car was broken into early on into my lease. MANY people’s cars get broken in

I just wanted to thank Kim and Mei-in, they both went above and beyond in order to get me into an apartment quickly. They also saved the day when it came to collecting the required D.N.A needed for my dog who was not cooperative. They were gentle and kind, and I appreciate them very much! Keep up the great work Kim and Mel-in!!
