The Ridge at Lebanon

I have lived here 1 year now, ABSOLUTELY love my apartment. Maintenance responds very fast to service requests. Management is AWESOME! I am very happy to call this my home.

It's a small community but it's a nice place to live in

First, they give you hope thinking you have a chance. You pay application fee, fillout paperwork then say it looks good and wants to know everything in detail, pay deposit. if you purchase something that comes out of your account, they want to know what it is. They want to figure out every stupid thing and don't have another person on your bank account. I didn't know I was buying a house, i didn't go through this much problems when I did. How can you trust them? I am sure okay but i felt like I went through a ringer for almost 3 months and I got impression that it go through but in turn turn me down. They gave me hope but then say no after give me run around like i was working for CIA or something or working secret agent to protect president which i wouldn't do. I better get all m

So let's get this straight. We get a notice that our rent is increasing due to property upkeep costs and "inflation". Inflation is making everything more expensive for everyone, including the people who rent here. Increasing people's rent when they are already paying more for every single other aspect of their lives is pure greed. There are 96 units here. And they are almost always occupied. There is no way Rich Smith properties is losing money on this place. And to try to convince people to pay it by stating that "it can cost you 2000 dollars to move" is lame. It's gonna cost us 3000 more next year to stay. Moving is literally economically smarter than staying here.

I Only Put one star Because I Had to .to Make a Review of this Tarable Place .This Place is the Worse Apartment's I've Ever lived in. They have Bug's under the Floor and Mangement is Trying to Cover it up .They Wouldn't Fix Any Thing Our Stove Went out last May they Never Fixed it When I lived there Also Light went out in Laundry Room and the Lint didn't have Room to go out But They Didn't Fix Those Problems Either .I have Videos of All of this.
