The Ridge at Calhoun

I originally left a 5-star review for The Ridge at Calhoun when my husband and I first moved in about seven months ago. At the time, we were extremely happy here and genuinely saw ourselves staying long term. Now we’ve been having second thoughts about it since we had neighbors move in. Please believe the reviews about how thin the walls are. We can hear our neighbors alarm every morning, their conversations (sometimes in detail), and what tv shows they’re watching. Each apartment has opposite floor plans (at least my unit does) which means our primary bedroom wall is directly shared with our neighbors. I feel as though I have NO privacy here even in my bedroom. It’s to the point where we are considering moving our bed into the second bedroom just to escape the shared bedroom wall. I wil

We had a great experience working with Chris Caito. She was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she was quick to get one. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment here.

I have enjoyed living in the RIDGE. The maintenance man, Mr. Mark has always came through any time we have had a problem in the home. So I would like to really thank him for all his hard work. He has such a beautiful spirit about him. He always speaks no matter what he is doing.

Sonia and Mark, the onsite management team are absolutely amazing, so kind and welcoming. They do a great job keeping the property looking great. Beautiful property!!! Highly recommend this property!

I had a wonderful experience with Sonia and Chris when I moved in. They made my moving so easy and seamless. They were very knowledgeable with answering all my questions. Very professional with great communication. This community is well maintained and very clean. Highly recommended! :)
