I can not say enough about Flipper pools. We have had a great experience from start to finish. The owner Scott is very knowledgeable and works with you any way he can. We are on our second year of building our pool and they open and close our pool in a timely matter. I have recommended them to several people and two have purchased pools from them as well. So glad we went with Flipper Pools for all our needs. They go above and beyond.

After 3 years of subpar service, the final straw was Flipper Pools not owning their mistake of leaving our pump running "after" closing our pool and burning up our "still new" motor. The owner did not follow through on his word to make it right. He is rude, arrogant and did not follow through. We were left no choice but to pay to have our pump replaced elsewhere. We do not recommend using this company. Mistakes happen, but how you handle (or don't handle) speaks volumes.

We've been buying from flipper pools for many years and always had good experience but yesterday we sent our grandson to get chlorine tabs he came home with 8 lbs cost 89.99. We sent him back for refund but they were closed. We went this morning for refund and were told no refunds on chemicals. She didn't care why even though the tub had not been opened. Very snippy with us. We ordered 25 lbs from Amazon for 135.00. Won't be back here.

Great service and always courteous customer service. When I 1st moved into.our new home, we didn't know how any of the equipment worked. Scott came out and gave me a lesson on how to operate the pool. Every week I take in water samples and the staff always let's me know exactly what I need for my pool. Highly recommend.
