Pine Ridge Apartments

mold everywhere, holes in every wall, manager don’t know what she’s doing, she don’t fix the things that needs to be fixed. She don’t communicate, your not allowed to have guest at all. Air conditioning breaks and Rena don’t do nothing about it, our neighbors went 6 1/2 weeks with no air and her son has severe asthma. Our other neighbors had a severe water link and would use all of their clean clothes, clean towels, etc to clean up the water mess and it took them MONTHS to come and fix it. Roaches come out of plug in sockets. All of this was here when SHE moved us in. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ESP IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

I’ve lived there for Four months now so far so good everybody’s been nice when I asked for something Rena gets on it right away. I’m happy.

My ex husband rent was $881 based on income witch was calculated WRONG !!! HE got evicted this past week cause they went up on the rent without even notifying him . He had receipts showing where he paid each month but since he didn't know the rent went up they let $50 add up every month which was the difference and then bam and evicted him . so now he is homeless and sleeping in his truck !!! I wouldn't recommend this place for a do

Apartment are nice ,and I lived here off and on since 2008..I have never had roaches or bed bugs at any time I had lived at pine ridge..very quite neighborhood.. and I've always got Things taking care of that needed to be repaired...

Looks like a nice place to live moving from Chattanooga Tennessee need a nice quiet neighborhood and I look like I found it.
