I purchased a house that they had flipped and oh my goodness the problems we have had since. First of all they had an a/c repair man come out and literally told him to just get it by until closing. I know this because I happened to hire the same guy to come out and replace the a/c about a week after we moved in. They took so many short cuts in this house it’s not even funny. They hooked up all the appliances wrong and we have had to redo them, the deck that they so called replaced is rotten and the boards are now falling through. This business is a joke. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not buy a house with there name on it.
