Stay away from this place. Do not listen to the lies they fill you with when you come to tour. Management of this company is a complete joke, maintenance is a joke but I will give Paul credit for the few months he’s been here he is trying but his hands are tied with the horrible management of this company. I’m sure that’s why managers keep being changed. and apparently all they care about is collecting your rent at the first of the month. Being that this is our 2nd stint living at this property we voiced the concerns of why we left the first time and Debbie who was the manager at the time completely filled us with lies and promises about where the direction of this property was going to be taken……complete joke. I recently toured The Retreat at Maumelle and was beyond impressed. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The amenities and layout make it feel both modern and comfortable exactly what I’ve been looking for. I left feeling excited and confident, and I truly look forward to calling this place home!

My apartment has been flooded for four consecutive days. The only action taken by the maintenance team has been repeatedly vacuuming the water while running loud fans and dehumidifiers continuously. This approach has not resolved the underlying problem, and the constant noise has made it extremely difficult to sleep or live normally in my home. To date, the source of the leak has not been identified or repaired. Additionally, I submitted a maintenance request on January 7, 2026, regarding a damaged second door in my bedroom. The door does not seal properly, allowing cold air to enter the apartment during low temperatures. This issue remains unresolved. There are also serious concerns with the windows throughout my apartment. They are not properly sealed, which has caused moisture buildup

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. this is a story yall would love, August of 2024 when we moved down here it was a different management at the time. She was very disrespectful and everything but when the neighbors moved in underneath us fast forward to November 2024 neighbors was blasting loud music was very disrespectful neighbors. P would always blow my phone about my toddler being so loud mind you we are in a apartment building, there are gonna be noise made by children and they called the cops on us saying that my husband was abusing me. Also found out I was pregnant around this time. Fast forward to April and May, neighbors are smoking weed in the apartment and blasting loud music still i am about in my 3rd trimester and the office people come to my apartment accusing my toddler of

Day 1 since my FIRST 1 star review...and I have still yet to hear from the property manager..oh and there are more issues with the apartment since yesterday.. And now the windows are soaked from the rain today. Awesome place! I recommend this apartment or a Uhaul Box! The first picture is the A/C leaking into the floor...looks safe and mold free!
