If you want $400 taken out of your security deposit after leaving the apartment in better condition than you received it, then live here... My ac was broken when I first moved in. I complained about multiple times they *fixed it" a week or two later after each request. It would only go as low as 75-77 during the summer and then they told me it was just the way the commercial ac worked and told me to close my shades. Made no sense. Finally after 1 year it broke completely for 3 weeks and realized they were gaslighting me back then... and they prorated my rent $200 even tho I slept on my couch for 3 weeks because the entire apartment was hot and the only spot for the portable window ac unit was the living room. When I first moved in there was a delay even though it was scheduled... The perso

I had an amazing experience touring these apartments. Ms. Perez Santos was absolutely dope, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. She answered every question I had and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. When I say this was a 10 out of 10 experience, I truly mean it. Right now, I’m placing everything in God’s hands and trusting the process, but I couldn’t leave without acknowledging how great this experience was. If you’re considering these apartments, ask for Ms. Perez Santos you won’t be disappointed.

I appreciate the professionalism and communication from the on-site team — especially Xanthia Sanders and Miss Sophia. They have been responsive, transparent, and helpful throughout this process and with any other needs I’ve had as a resident. That said, I’m disappointed that a $1,000 referral bonus that was communicated to me is now being denied based on technicalities. With rent continuing to rise and the property offering limited upgrades or amenities compared to similar communities, honoring clearly communicated incentives should be a basic expectation. Consistency, transparency, and follow-through matter to residents. I hope corporate leadership reviews this situation and ensures policies are applied fairly for current and future tenants.

WOULD NOT LIVE HERE AGAIN - Difficult management - giving 2 stars only because the apartment itself was clean and renovated, so it can have credit for that, but in my experience, the staff is extremely hard to work with. If you have any issues, good luck. The management will "look into it" (if they respond to your email/phone at all - you must visit in person and demand attention) - and then even still drag their feet in getting back to you. Also expect to deal with the AI phone because after the 15 mins it takes to get transferred to the human front desk, they never pick up. They were very kind and helpful in the beginning, but it went downhill after offical signing of the lease.
