The Versailles Apartments

I’ve truly had a great experience with touring and moving-in! My initial encounter was with Tia during my first tour. She was great - professional, informative, and patient. My subsequent encounters were mainly with Gernai. She’s truly AMAZING- - VERY patient, personable, thoughtful, and professional! Sh even checked-in about a week after moving in to make sure everything was going okay. The staff truly are amazing!

The Versailles is a beautifully maintained, upscale complex with great amenities. The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything—from the pool to the fitness center—is thoughtfully designed. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable place to live.

I am convinced that all of the raving reviews were left by friends of the office staff. This place takes forever to complete maintenance request, the grounds are not cleaned thoroughly, the breezeway areas are dirty and full of spider webs and debris. They charge for common area fee and pest control and yet no pest control ever comes to spray. You pay for amenities that can only be used during office hours with the exception of the gym. The office staff attitudes are horrible and they never leave the office and walk the property, because if they did they would see tenants sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana and leaving cigar guts on the ground.

Living here has truly been a wonderful experience. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It really feels like home. Every detail is handled with care, and it shows in the way the property looks and feels. One of the biggest highlights is the management. I’ve seen firsthand how much pride Denise takes in making sure everything runs smoothly. She goes above and beyond every single day to ensure that residents are comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Her dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed. I’m grateful to be living in such an amazing space

I've had an amazing experience living at the Versailles Apartments! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the management team — they are incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and they always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend Versailles to anyone looking for a quality place to live with outstanding management
