My experience with this apartment community was incredibly difficult, and I feel compelled to share what happened in hopes of protecting future tenants from going through something similar. I want to be very clear: I was **never evicted**. I submitted a **written notice to vacate in February**, moved out responsibly, and I have full documentation to prove it. Despite following the proper process, I later discovered that management had reported an eviction—something that was completely untrue and deeply damaging. What made the situation even more hurtful was that I was left solely responsible for nearly **$2,000 a month in rent plus late fees** after the other leaseholder abandoned the lease very early on. I lived in these apartments from May 2023 to Jan 2025 over two leases! It is right by the trail, for someone that loves biking and walking it is the perfect location because you can just walk to the trail. Me and my wife walked the trail (almost) every day from the apartment to the skate park with our dog (uninterrupted 9000 step trail walk). I would not have been able to do that from any other location. Access to the trail is this apartments number 1 advantage. If you’re a public transport enthusiast like me, there is a bus stop that is a 3 min walk from the apartment but America, especially the south, is obsessed with its cars and you need one in Little Rock. This is an excellent location to enjoy the trail and views along the Arkansas River. The views are calming, and it's a quiet neighborhood, too. The building is well maintained and well built, we don't hear our neighbors on either side of our unit, or the people on the floor above. The Vue on Riverfront is a nice place to call home. The management and maintenance staff work long hours to make this place a 5 star property. I highly recommend The Vue!

I've had an excellent experience living at The Vue on Riverfront Apartments. The apartment units are well designed and outfitted with current appliances. Management was always prompt and helpful, as was maintenance staff. One of the best parts of living here is the location. Right outside the complex is the Arkansas River Trail and Dickey-Stephens Park. Walking a little further will get you to the very enjoyable Argenta Arts District. Could not recommend this location enough!

AJ was great. She accommodated a last minute appointment. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and let me explore multiple units to figure out which one fit my needs the most.
