The Residences at Crosspoint

Rodger always does a great job. Yesterday my washing machine stopped working and I put a work order in and he came to our apartment on time. Seeing that the washing machine could not be fixed Rodger replaced our entire washer dryer. He did a fantastic job today and we have the unit he brought installed.

Roger always goes above and beyond to help when there’s a maintenance issue in my apartment - he was just able to locate a cracked pipe in my wall and repair it to resolve a long-standing problem I’d been dealing with. He did so quickly and efficiently, and explained what he was doing along the way so I understood what was going on. He is always so kind - I love having Roger working in the building, he’s the best!!

Jordan was attentive and knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless. The tour went great answering all my questions thoroughly, the office staff was always helpful whenever I called. Jordan went the extra mile to help secure the unit I really wanted during the application process. I’m happy with my decision and look forward to moving in soon. Thank you!

I am disappointed to have to resort to leaving a bad review about a place that has been otherwise enjoyable. The office staff is professional, friendly and always helpful and I enjoy the amenities that are here. HOWEVER, as many have stated, the parking situation is horrible here. The building also has a contract with an incredibly aggressive tow company (15 cars were towed on 1 Sunday), which we as residents are ultimately paying for... Communications have gone out about where and when cars can be parked in the overflow lot, but I think there has been a lot of abrupt changes leading to confusion for all parties. The result has been many cars being towed. The posted signs and the verbal instructions have contradicted each other as well, which has led to a lot of frustration. I had a gue

Love it here, place is always clean. The maintenance man Roger is fantastic. Always friendly when we see him! They are always quick to answer any questions we have ! The girls in the office are great too!
