The Residences at Colcord pond

Saw a guy who works there scream bloody murder at a little old lady having trouble moving her car in a storm! This place will tow ur car if you don’t move it at 3am when it snows. They make you ALLL move your cars to BLOCK the exit to the location when it snows forcing everybody to be TRAPPED in the parking lot!!! It’s absolutely absurd and dangerous! The staff are so quick to get you in when you have money but once you’re in they won’t ever help you again and r severely understaffed!! BEWARE😢

Inquired about 2 bedroom availability. I received a direct email response requesting info about who was looking to move in and our annual income. I responded immediately with the information about me and my fiancee. We are more than qualified for the rent, but never heard a word back. Tried reaching out to the office and directly back to that email a few days later about seeing the place, but still get no response. Needless to say, we'll be looking somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. I asked three times how parking worked here (if there were multiple spaces available per unit and how guest parking worked) and never received an answer to my questions. I was only told that they had an apartment available in two months (for $50 more than what they listed online) but that I couldn't view it next month because it would already be rented by then (despite the fact that they list several other units as being available between now and then).

Customer service is horrendous. I reached out for information and only got a sentence in response and then no response at all. Called for information and was sent to a full voicemail. These apartments look nice but how do you apply if no one answers the phone or responds to emails?

On 07/11/2022, I was contacted via COLCORD POND with (2) Bdrm. Apt & rent of $2450.00/ month. Now that the New Hampshire SEACOAST area has been turned into another USA GOLD COAST for Landlords & Property Managers, I had to ask? For $2450.00 /month, which area of this Apt. Complex would I be living in? 1) Would it be the BUCKINGHAM PALACE, UK/ NEW HAMPSHIRE area ? (I have been to BUCKINGHAM PALACE in the past & I am NOT too keen on the living quarters, there) A BIT, SMALL FOR MY TASTES.) OR 2) Would my little (ESA) dog & I reside in the TAJ MAHAL, INDIA / NEW HAMPSHIRE's side of things? Of the (2) above mentioned locations I think that I would prefer the FRENCH area of COLCORD POND, NEW HAMPSHIRE. However, there was NO MENTION OF A VERSAILLES PALACE AREA, PARIS / NEW HAMPSHIRE's SIDE OF TH
