Shayna was incredibly helpful during our search for a new home. As first time home buyers she sat down with us, showed us the whole process from start to finish and continually reminded us of next steps (past agents did not do that). Our process had a couple unforseen hurdles which Shayna was excellent with navigating and never made us feel like we were too much work, even though she certainly could've made more on higher price point customers. She always picked up the phone, even the night after closing she answered and attempted to solve an issue for us. We would and will use her services again.
