Brittany Moran has been an excellent resource to us on many occasions. We have been through several Condo Managers in our 6 years here, and she is the quickest to respond and get on the situation immediately. She is also extremely helpful and kind on top of being super efficient. We appreciate her so much.

This association isn’t helpful when trying to sell a property. All they do is stand behind “we can’t tell anyone anything because of liability.” They don’t offer any solutions. The seller called and they said for any general questions it’s $130. Are you here to grab money or be there for your owners when they are trying to sell. The buyer doesn’t even know if he wants to move forward with the transaction and has very basic questions. They could care less if a property doesn’t sell. Most associations will allow an email to be sent and the seller can confirm and authorize. Or there is an authorization form. I have not used Great North’s services until today. Lisa was a tremendous help in walking me through your database. Thank you Lisa! My one comment is: mailed checks to pay HOA fees go to Arizona, not to any local address. I’ve found that it takes two full weeks for the caging operation in Arizona to get my check. So, I’ve been forced to pay late fees since I had no idea that any mail could take that long. I would make a note of that on your web site. People should know. Thanks.

Great North was the property manager for my condo. The first year was mediocre and then the person in charge of our property quit and was replaced by the most ignorant, narcissistic, megalomaniac I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. This woman, without approval from our owners, forced the fencing company to put barbed wire on our fence surrounding the property. Not only is it illegal, but also the most dangerous and short-sighted decision I have ever seen a property manager make. So…as the former president of the association, I emailed the manager and told her it was illegal and that it needs to come down before a kid gets hurt and we get sued. She said NO.
