CP Management has been overseeing a commercial condominium where we have owned property for many years now. As a property owner, they make it easy to digest the information you need to make informed decisions for the betterment of the association. As of recently in the past years, we have enjoyed working with Marisa Christensen and found her easy to work with and listen to our needs. She is constantly informing us of where budgets stand, forecasting capital improvement projects and responding to time sensitive issues as they arise.
