The Reserve at Springdale

I have loved living at the Reserve at Springdale. The area is safe with an amazing community, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. I had an issue with my dishwasher that required multiple visits by the maintenance crew. They have been extremely responsive to the problem and took great care of me, especially Stephon Blair who installed a brand new dishwasher for me when nothing else seemed to fix the issue! I'm personally very pleased with everything and everyone here. They really do take care of you.

I lived here for a short time due to military life and I had a fantastic experience. Maintenance was quick and reliable and I never had any issues during my stay. One of my favorite aspects was waking up to this beautiful view from my window and living room, as attached. The location was a huge plus, with scenic Razorback Regional Greenway trails nearby, the Springdale Farmers' Market for fresh local goods, and cozy coffee spots like Onyx Coffee Lab. The diverse dining options in the area made my time there even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Reserve at Springdale for anyone looking for a great living experience!

The Reserve at Springdale is a fantastic, brand new property! Love the amenities with the modern gym, dog park, huge pool area with grills and other areas to hang out as well. Sarah and her team have made everything super easy and have exceeded my expectations in every way, especially with how frequently they communicate. Great location which is in the middle of everything and there is even a food truck gathering place across the street. Can you tell I love it...? :)

DO NOT RENT here! They will steal your money! You will live there your entire lease and pay your rent on time and tell them two months prior to moving out your not renewing your lease and when your lease is up they will charge you another two months and steal your deposit! Even after the apartment is left spotless and you gave them written notice! CINDY is a problem!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! infested in cockroaches and other bugs. These aren’t luxury apartments. Black mold in dishwasher, broken dishwasher when we moved in. Paint all over everything. We moved into an extremely dirty apartment. Our door was broken and it took them a month to come out and fix it. I had to come and talk to them multiple times before they fixed anything. The floors are separated everywhere and the toilets were broken and coming off the wax ring, and the counters in the bathroom are separated from the cabinet. These are not luxury apartments. Do not move in here. If I could get my money back and move I would. They only came once to treat the apartment not SEVERAL TIMES! The neighbors have roaches as well and they were here when we moved in.
