Absolutely adore our apartment here! It is so cozy and modern. The balcony is spacious and can fit a small set of outdoor chairs! It is the perfect apartment for a couple like us. Close to all that downtown Oswego has to offer and attached to the cutest coffee shop that you don't even have to leave the building to get to. The garage is enclosed which is amazing during the snow and cold. The apartment building feels safe, is clean, and well maintained by management. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have had zero issues here!

We recently moved here and everything is very nice. The environment in the halls is very kind, everyone treats each other well. Maintenance responds to requests very quickly and accomplishes tasks efficiently. I found the apartments to be a little pricey, but you’re paying for luxury and that is exactly what you should hope to receive.

I just moved in and have nothing but great things to say! Kelly, the property manager, has been nothing short of amazing!! She has answered any questions or concerns l've had since first showing an interest in living here. I love all the amenities and being right in the heart of downtown is a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone considering living in the area.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it! It is clean, pet friendly, and the staff (leasing consultants and maintenance) are amazing! Also, you can't beat the location - right on the Fox River, across the street from a beautiful park and within walking distance of downtown Oswego. If you're looking for a place to call home, this is it!
