Great staff and great attitude overall. The maintenance team and maintenance manager are knowledgeable and quick to respond when something comes up, which I really appreciate. The place itself looks nice and has good curb appeal. At first glance, everything seems solid. The reason I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars comes down to build quality and materials. A lot of the issues aren’t huge on their own, but they add up over time. It feels like a modern, quick-built property where some corners were cut. There are cabinet handles that are visibly off-center and misaligned. It’s not something you have to look hard to notice. The kitchen island material also stains easily and isn’t very forgiving. I recently moved out of Emblem Oswego, and I wanted to share my experience with the service manager, LC. He was incredible. During the summer, I had an issue with my air conditioning, and he came after hours to fix it quickly, thanks to his knowledge and experience with the systems. LC is always so helpful, and his entire team provides the same level of dedication and professionalism. The service team was a big part of what made living at this community such an amazing experience.

Do not get a first floor apartment, you will pay extra just to listen to the door slam all day and night, plus booming sounds of people taking the stairs. Doesnt matter if it 3pm or 3am, you will hear it all. You cant even keep photos on the connected wall or they will fall off. Do not recommend. Way to expensive to be listening to that 24/7.

The apartments at Emblem are clean and clearly well-built — everything feels solid and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are modern and stylish, and the appliances are high-quality, making everyday life much easier. You can tell the property is well-maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to live.
