To whom it may concern: The staff here at Ashcroft is amazing starting with Maranda, Nicole, Diego and Trent -I don't know where to start how professional this crew is upon assisting me and the community. Each time I Jeffery Calhoun call they're always nice and courtesy upon providing me with all the assistance needed. I can't tell you how much this crew is appreciated and I truly look at them as my family. Nicole is my biggest asset that provides so much fun and laughter that I can't explain how wonderful it is to know that she is apart of community that I chose to live in. The maintenance guy Diego is the coolest, smartest and most professional man that I've ever encounter and does this property great justice. ⚠️ Not Recommending Home of Ashcroft in Oswego ⚠️ I normally don’t bring personal matters to social media, but this situation has gone too far and I feel it’s important to speak up — not just for myself, but for anyone who may be considering renting from Home of Ashcroft in Oswego. I’m a mom of two. On June 20, our lives were turned upside down when we experienced a house fire at our unit. Since then, it’s been an emotional and financial rollercoaster trying to recover — but what has made things so much worse has been the complete lack of communication, empathy, and support from the property management. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, Nicole and Miranda from management have not responded once. I’ve begged for assistance or even basic direction on what to do next. No one followe

Do NOT move here. Trent and Diego are absolutely wonderful. But the management is horrible. Communication is lack luster and they do not care about their residents.

I have lived at Home at Ashcroft since December 2023. The staff has been great. I had an issue with my dryer today and Diego the maintenance guy came right out and fixed it with me. He was very professional and put on booties when he came into my house to make sure no dirt got it. I would highly recommend Home at Ashcroft to anyone looking for a home to rent.
