Deer Run of Oswego Condominium Owners Association

Very quiet community. Grounds are kept up fairly well. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Oswego.

I been here for 2 years and it has down graded. There's a tree in the middle of the parking lot taking up 3 car spaces. The tree is split. They don't have a pool anymore. The park is one slide. Hard to find parking on the weekends. Also, there's sitting cars that been here since I moved and that's another reason people can't find parking sometimes. If you need service don't call the service line they will tell you to call your landlord. Basically if you rent the service line won't help you. The grass has been cut for a while and the bushes need to be cut too. The parking spots are uneven so becareful where you park someone might scratch it opening their door. Also, theirs a guy walking around trying to buy peoples houses for less then the profit.

This place use to be nice not no more ! Parking is horrible no where to park there's a guy here that takes up so many spots with his cars that he DONT even drive !!! We all know who he is should not have to walk way down to find a spot if you have company good luck at finding anywhere to park

Terrible, people are paying an association fee however the balconies are being rotten rot and there is a lot of flooding everywhere from the parking lot to the sidewalks. If you like to play music when you are cleaning your home or taking a shower then this place ISN'T FOR YOU because the neighbors here complain a lot about every little noise. Where I lived the heat was only turned on whenever they got around to turning the boilers on since you have no access to it. It is cold in the winter time so definitely not a place for kids. The association keeps switching owners and at the end of the day it can be a far walk from the parking lot to you specific unit depending on where you live.

We lived here for a year on the second floor, our neighbors under us were horribly rude and would complain about us moving our chairs in and out from under our table. The association staff is very rude. The lady named "tundy" that runs this place was very ignorant to us. I would not reccomend anyone living here unless you dont mind dealing with rude individuals.
