The Reserve at Catawba Creek

I’ve been living at The Reserves for about 4 years, and it has honestly been one of the best places I’ve ever rented from. The customer service is amazing, and the area is not only beautiful but also incredibly safe, which is very important to me. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors and the area always quiet. If I ever have an issue with something in my townhome, the management and maintenance teams are quick to respond—usually the same day! They go above and beyond to ensure everything is properly fixed, not just patched up. If you’re looking for a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend The Reserves.

I love living here. Maintenance and Management always address issues in a timely manner. I love parking right at my door. Adequate parking is always available when all parking rules are adhered to. Close to everything. Beautiful well kept townhomes. Safe and secure. So glad I chose to live at this wonderful place. They are so well insulated you do not hear your neighbors. Highly recommend these beautiful It was so nice coming home this week to a beautiful manicured yard- all shrubs and bushes trimmed, pine needles out. Everything is beautiful. So glad I live here - They are the best and take care of the residents

3 years ago I moved from another state to the reserves at Catawba Creek. I have been extremely happy here. The grounds are kept clean, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities, friendly neighbors, perfect location, easy access to shopping. The office manager Suzanne is always professional and pleasant. Through the covid pandemic all measures were placed to keep the residents and staff safe. If you're looking for a safe community to live in then look no further. I'm very satisfied to call the reserves home.

I’ve been living here for two months now, and I love it here. It’s quiet here, I have great neighbors, and the units are very spacious! I have more room, than I have furniture to fill. I would definitely recommend looking into living at The Reserve at Catawba Creek.🙂

Lived here since last year. It is a super quiet place to live, no issues what so ever. The units are amazing. We have loved every minute of our stay here. The leasing agent is the absolute sweetest and will bend over backwards to help you any way that she can. She has definitely become like family to us! We appreciate everything that the Reserves has done and giving us. Thank you guys for being so awesome!
