Affinity at Hudson Townhomes

The application process was seamless with the leasing agent. She was a complete rockstar and answered all of my questions about the process; a customer service gem. So 5 stars to her. The only thing is missing is backyard privacy. The property is exposed and you can’t enjoy in the backyard. We offered to pay extra for a privacy fence but it was denied. I was told to purchase a retractable fence but it’s not the same especially if some of the units have it and the others don’t.

Not only are the townhouses amazing, but Tiana at the leasing office is literally the best. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had while applying for a new place to stay. She gave a great tour of the houses, and walked us through the application, everything went so smooth!! We got approved already and thanks to here I’m excited to move in this month!

I’ve lived in this community for nearly a year, and I absolutely love it. My townhome is beautiful and comfortable, and the neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. While I haven’t met many neighbors, the ones I do know are kind and always look out for one another. There’s a true sense of safety and belonging here. It’s more than just a place to live—it’s a place that feels like home.

I've been living here almost a year and I just love how clean and quiet it is. Very nice neighborhood to walk or ride your bike. The property management hosts monthly events so that residents can come gather and get to know each other which is really fun. You should definitely rent here!!!

We’ve been here a year. We enjoy our neighbors. The speeding cars are an issue but hopeful for something to be done as there are no playgrounds, etc for kids so they all play and ride their bikes in the road. People use the neighborhood as a cut through from Hudson to Neil Hawkins. Would be nice to have a pool or on site gym etc as there are no amenities for the community to enjoy.
