Crowders View Townhomes

I'm usually not someone who writes reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience because I’ve been so impressed. Selah is genuinely the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly understanding and always quick to step in and help with any issues or concerns in my unit. Whenever there’s a maintenance problem, it’s taken care of promptly and thoroughly. In just a short time, she’s also filled all the vacancies we had, which is truly impressive. I love the positive vibe she brings to the community—her upbeat personality really makes a difference. Thank you Selah!!!

First of all, it amazes me of how many fees y'all charge you charge for community fee and the community looks like the hood!! From what I seen all the blinds were raggedy. It's a shame when you say you have a fitness center on site and you only have one treadmill, one exercise bike and dumb bells!! You took me on tour into a dirty vacant apartment. The size of a jail cell dirty carpets dirty window seals with a bad smell! And you really thought you was going to get my money telling me those are townhomes. I think not townhomes are not the size of a matchbox!! So I guess the community fee is all going into the office furniture and decor!! And at this point I think y'all are just scammers!! All your tenants need to know who their corporate office is and it's another leasing company somewhere

I Love this place, neighbors are friendly management is super friendly and Awesome!! The location is perfect, not far from shopping and it's just a really good environment here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live!!.

Great management that is quick to respond to any of my questions. Would recommend to others. Friendly neighbors and clean living quarters!

This place has come a long way! The office staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond for their residents. They truly want you to feel at home.
