I have lived here at the cove for 8 years I am very pleased and satisfied the manager Robert Fleming is a wonderful and understanding manager I like when a work order is put in it's being handled in a timely manner this is truly home for me it's quiet the neighbors are friendly I also like how Robert walks the complex he stops and talks to the residence making us feel as though we matter he always has an infectionist smile when I see him I hope he will stay around for a long time because this is the type of friendliness we need in today's time

Should have made way bigger of a fuss. Please be careful when considering moving here and absolutely read this review. I’m posting this due to serious health concerns regarding The Cove Apartments. I lived with a roommate here while attending college, crappy place but we were making it work. For my last month I was staying with family so nobody entered my room. I came back to move some last items out and my entire bedding and pillows were covered in a thick sheet of mold. Almost all of the clothes in my closet had to be thrown away because they were completely covered in green. There was mold pouring out of the vents everyday for a year. I was naive and chalked up the smell to a previous tenant smoking or the fact that we had the bottom apartment. My roommate had to go to the hospital whil

It is a very quiet and pleasant place to live. The office staff and maintenance team are all very friendly and efficient. The areas are kept clean, as well as the pool in summer, which is kept impeccable. I feel very happy, calm and safe living in this community. Success and blessings to Robert and his entire maintenance team.
