The Regent Apartments

Everything about this place is horrible. Rats, mice, roaches, bedbugs, the management. The property is run down and raggedy. You can only pay your rent with a money order directly to the apartment manager who is only available 9am-3pm. There’s no emergency maintenance. Units are not cleaned before move in. The buildings are filthy and smell like cigarettes. Everything is outdated. There’s no elevator and you have to walk down a dark alley way to dispose of trash. You aren’t allowed to use the back entrances at all. The heat is controlled by the building and it is never working. There are constant leaks and plumbing issues. I heard that one resident had a leaking ceiling for months in the middle of winter and nothing was done about it. I posted pictures! Avoid at all costs. This place needs

The Regent Apartments they have a great manager there the apartments are very quiet there is no kind of trouble of whatsoever they're also very clean and well-kept I recommend somebody that wants to live at the Regent Apartments is the best way to go thank you I am pipe sewer and drains

Great place to have a apartment the owners take care of all the maintenance and the are pretty cheap as well. Great place to live.

Unprofessional, outdated manager and maintenance. Old building with big rooms. Gotta get past the discrimination from the manager to get an application though
