The Regency

Management is very attentive. They made moving in very easy and accommodating, and any service requests we have made have also been resolved quickly. They are attentive and supportive actively managing not just the building but the community. The apartments are competitively priced and well maintained for that price. Me and my partner have been happy for over the last year. Additionally, folks overall are friendly and considerate due to the efforts of the staff to build community. Overall a fantastic renting experience!

I have to say this has been on the best places I have rented. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice they keep their property, apartments… Feel safe, security system , handy men available right away! the apt reminds me of a NY style apt! Modern and up to date! Josh and his team are great ! Love how they treat their tenants! Never had a landlord do all that they do for their tenants! They definitely need to teach a class on how to be a landlord lol

Great management , always answers quickly even after office hours. Maintenance is great and very helpful when needed! I’ve never had a better experience in an apartment before. I constantly see employees cleaning the high traffic areas and fixing/ improving the interior and exterior. Everyone is very friendly and always says hello when crossing paths. The mail room is safe and secure, I haven’t had a package go missing since I’ve moved in! The elevators and loading ramp make it easy to bring in my groceries / bulk items when needed! The laundry facilities are clean and the app that was provided makes it easy to see which ones are available before heading in there. I can definitely see why this place never has any available units, I would never move out as well!

Moving into the Regency has been the best decision of my life. It is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. If you have an issue in your apartment, it is not an issue for long. Maintenance and owner are on top of it and show they actually care about the tenants. The building and grounds are wonderfully maintained by the professional and generous staff.

Living at The Regency apartments have been a great experience. Quality of living at its best. The space is beautiful and well maintained. Quiet and safe area to live in. Never had any issues with neighbors. Everyone here seems to be considerate about each other space, which is key on a community living space! Never had any issues with the apartment, but any time I needed to contact management, the response have been very quick, almost instant. Also the maintenance team is always around, they are respectful, very easy to talk to and very responsive! Keep up the great work, keep The Regency Apartments one of the Best Places to live in the West Haven area!
