Premium Management

I've been in one of premium managements locations for years, they always work with me if I'm abit short, are always friendly and will give almost anyone chance. It's not a fancy place by any means, but good for people trying to stay on their feet. It can take awhile to get things fixed but they always get around to it and respond to repair emergencies quickly. They didn't charge extra for my cats and allowed me to pay my deposit in two parts. Basically they don't bother you if you don't bother them!! Also the building is pest free and pretty chill. Occasionally the fire alarm goes off because the system is a bit sensitive, but I'd rather be safe than sorry!! I also appreciate it being a secure building with lots of cameras!!

I lived here for 1 year and so. The ladies In the office were doing they re job, but the management the owner should care more about the place. They accept all type of person in here, drunk people, drug addicts , the place smells always like weed or drugs, some tenants just don't care. Overall my apartment was nice , for the rent I paid it was spacious and enough for me. The only thing is maintenance they would take for ever to fix something so simple. And the snow cleaning too!

Disgusting property! I haven’t been living here a year yet and I’ve been problems with this place since my first week. Starting off with getting water cut off, roaches, drug addicts, smelly hallways especially on the first floor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! tThe amount of money you pay for rent you can go somewhere else that is nice and worth your money. This place isn’t it they don’t try to help at all!

On 6-1-22 last Friday the so-called maintenance man that he said he work for ocean management I just moved there I only been there for a couple of weeks and it haven't been a month back to my story he let my ex-boyfriend and my apartment and he used a card out of his wallet to let him in because my ex-boyfriend lied and said that he stayed there I was at work I come to work with my x boyfriend there I asked him how he get in my apartment he said the maintenance man let him know I told him to leave he punch me in my face twice n walk out so I I want the door behind her and then he kicked the door and beat me up I ran out to call the cops I call the office today n ask the boss did she know what my c boyfriend did to me The first thing she said I've been knocking on people apartments since
