I would do 0 stars if I could. I have nearly 2 years of experience with this management company and have been disappointed with their services. Some of my ordeals have included the ceiling falling (with injuries), broken heaters, and most recently a rodent siting. During these incidents, I was told that help would have to "wait until Monday" and that I could "sleep on the couch" while plaster and ceiling repairs were done. While the superintendent is helpful the owner/manager is quite rude. Stay away from this management co. and Embassy Apartments (on Dwight St), specifically. In retrospect, I would've shelled out the money for a building with professional management, because peace of mind is priceless.
