The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge

The apartment complex itself deserves 5 stars — clean, comfortable, quiet, and pleasant to live in. However, the office and management deserve 0 stars. I lived in these apartments for some time with my ex-husband. To move in, you have to go through what feels like “seven circles of hell” — tons of paperwork and strict requirements. That may be fine from a security standpoint. The real problems started later. After my divorce, I needed to move out. I notified the office in advance and came in person in June to sign all required move-out documents, spending my own time to do so. Sharing a review after 6.5 years of living here! I just moved to a bigger apartment here and really happy I stayed on property. This place has felt like home from the beginning and the things I love most are: how safe I feel, it’s tucked behind a beautiful and upscale neighborhood, very close to major highways, and most importantly - the staff. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and works really hard to respond in a timely manner. Tony, Rick and Marco are here at 7 AM every day working really hard to maintain the property. Manuela, the cleaning staff, works every day to keep the clubhouse beautiful as well as the interiors of the buildings clean. Love living here. I feel so safe and would recommend this community to everyone! I think the staff is wonderful! Tony in Maintenance is amazing and always there when I need something fixed! Such a selfless and nice man! Love the girls in the office as well!

Update: Dropping this from a 4 to a 2 after my full experience. Ended up moving out early and paying the fees to break my lease because I was so over the new management and how they handled things and I found a better living situation. I still liked the location, but service and maintenance became more and more of an issue as time went on with the new management. Was always very difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office. Even during my move out process, it was like pulling teeth to get management to reply to emails or answer the phone. Been living here for three months now. A lot I love about these apartments, especially their location, conveniently right next to freeway but with a patch of trees between, so I have a lovely view from my front windows too. Loved living here the past two years and have renewed for a third! There are so many fun community events put on by Maria throughout the year. Tony is the BEST maintenance guy! He’s so helpful and fixes issues quickly! 10/10 recommend! :)
