The Reef at Riviera 62+ Apartments

This is a terrific place for persons 62 and older to live. The place is clean, secure, has a beautiful pool and other amenities. The neighborhood is nice and close to the beautiful Manatee River which can be seen from the upper floors.I helped my mother in law move in here when it opened a few years ago. It has been so good that now my daughter’s mother in law is moving in. The staff including Angel and Ophelia make the process and paperwork painless. I highly recommend The Reef at Riviera!

Angelina you are amazing! You are always so kind, professional and very helpful. You care so much about your tenants. I really appreciate you! From the moment we walked in we felt an overwhelming sense of this is the place for mom. The leasing agent Angel was so genuine, kind and very knowledgeable in the process of leasing an apartment there. The complex itself was beautiful, grounds kept very clean, the apartment we were shown was perfect for mom, and the resident we spoke with all seemed very welcoming. We are hoping to call the Reef home in a few months!

This afternoon, I meet with Angel Amora. Angel is one of the most wonderful represtatives you could ever have. As she showed me around, she knew everyone's name. She did a great job showing the property, amenities, costs, and guidelines. I very much hope to be one of your tenants after Angel's excellent tour

Pros: The complex is brand new, color scheme & decor are attractive, staff is friendly. Rent is affordable, grocery stores are nearby, I-75 access is convenient, the complex is generally quiet, common areas are aesthetically pleasing, many friendly tenants. Considering my "square box" (apartment) has windows on one side only, the natural light inside my unit is pretty good. I like the larger windows. Cons: Smoking is prohibited on the property, yet I smell cigarette smoke in my apartment, in the corridors, on my balcony, outside, etc. Smoke significantly affects my ability to breathe & will make MY furnishings stink. Many live insects were in my unit before I moved in; however, management responded immediately. Quite a bit of a sticky substance is in various areas on the vinyl floor. Its
