Palmetto Trace Apartments

I have been living here going on 3 years and my experience has been wonderful, the office staff are great and when I put a work order maintenance fix the issue right away. Its located in a good area.

We have been here 9 months and this place has not been disappointing. For starters, the staff is awesome. They take care of everyone and everything. They look out for their tenants because they live here too. Brianna, Beatrice, Andy and Jr., you couldn't ask for better people to work here and take care of any question you have.

These apartments are very nice and spacious the community director Marion was amazing, very professional, she made my day

I just sign the lease and I am ready to start my journey in my new apartment. The staff is awsome Beatrice and Junior are wonderful very sweet and very insightful so if your looking for an apartment pass by Palmetto Trace 😁

Excellent service, the maintenance staff is very efficient, they solve your apartment problems as quickly as possible, and the management part offers you good treatment and service! I can say that I live in a safe place with good neighbors!
