Having Artie from Gulf Concierge 4 You has been a comforting and reassuring program. Knowing that our house is being cared for makes our time away much more stress free. Artie provides a comprehensive overview of our property, complete with pictures and observations. As an added bonus, it’s nice to have someone who can take care of any unexpected needs at a moments notice. Krystyna has been very easy to deal with as well and is always professional and courteous in her communications. Krystyna and Artie make a great team. This has been a great service and it’s well worth the modest investment.

A family operated service, Artie and Krystyna follow a specific protocol during the home checks covering those issues most likely result in a problem if left unresolved however they are flexible enough to accommodate our specific needs. Skilled in problem-solving, always coming up with best solutions for every issue. They want to help others; they put their client’s needs first, which means they will do whatever it takes to get your job done. They are both someone you can trust and rely on. Prices are more than reasonable and I didn’t have to pay a yearly fee at contract for services rendered, like most businesses I contacted.
