Lennar at Stonegate Preserve

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! This neighborhood is a complete scam. Half of the owners in this development are now learning that we must pay an outrageous amount for a make-shift clubhouse - not included in our HOA. This isn’t debatable, rather mandatory - whether you use the amenities or not. Everything about that place is a joke from the size of the gym, the unheated pool, & the lack of overall zest/amenitiy value. We are inundated with fees: clubhouse fees, CDD’s, & HOA dues. All for people to park on the sidewalks & on the roadways - causing massive clutter & poor quality builds. The police are out here nearly every night for disturbances. The majority of the residents are renters who destroy our property value. Do not fall for it. Do NOT move here. Also, the staff in the office is absolutely r

This neighborhood is a scam. We were never told that there is a separate monthly fee for the club house which is absolute garbage by the way. The clubhouse is separately owned from the HOA and staffs it with employees for no reason. The gym is a joke. Minimal equipment and is big enough for 2-3 people max. The pool isn’t heated. There is no spa. Bare bones basic center. I did the math and after the neighborhood is completed, the club house will generate over 3/4 million dollars a year. WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? If there was a way to do a class action lawsuit I absolutely would.

We just closed on our house in StoneGate preserve. I must say from the beginning to the end the process it was unbelievably great. Starting with Jeff our sales associate, through the mortgage process with Pete through our new home celebration with Maurice, the experience was much easier than I expected and Jeff set our journey into motion. Moving from out of state we weren’t sure what to expect. Well I can assure you from the day we walked into the first model home to our closing at the Lennar offices in Tampa the entire Lennar staff was professional, informative, available and a pleasure to deal with. Buying my home at Stonegate Preserve has been a great experience. The community is beautiful, and the process has been smooth from start to finish. Sonia in the sales office is the reason I kept coming back to this neighborhood and truly the reason I purchased my home in this community. Post-closing, Jeremie S. has been absolutely fantastic, quick to respond and very helpful in addressing and fixing any minor issues right away. It really shows the level of care and commitment Lennar has to their homeowners. Maurice was also wonderful to work with when doing my final walk-thru, he took the time to explain all the features in the home, systems, appliances, etc. Highly recommend Lennar at Stonegate Preserve for anyone looking for a new home!

I rarely give a five star review I grew up in hospitality and know when to give 5 stars. Starting from the drive up all clean and well taken care of. When you walk into the office the atmosphere hits you like you were at your mom’s house. The staff is outstanding specially Jeff Grant what a guy he makes you fell so welcome from the beginning he makes you feel at ease and he is very knowledgeable and gives information were you can understand. I drove a few times to see if we were making the right decision Jeff would see us and immediately call just to say hello and if we needed anything.
