I recently worked on a transaction where Tennille Roska represented the seller, and the process moved smoothly from start to finish. Not sure how much time ya have to read reviews, but I would suggest reading more than a few before you sign a contract with the Realty Firm. A quick search will show that the RF is a leading firm in the Upper Cumberland, and I bet that it is. Their website has all the right photos, all the right words and editorials. What it doesn’t have is a Whole-Truth picture of how that company is managed. Shiny happy people ready to help make dreams come true; but urgency, empathy and realtime market analytics, are hard to photograph and even harder to accomplish. I did not want to do this review, but as I talked with Kim I have decided to. I informed her we did not think we were represented as the buyer. When my wife discussed with the agent our concerns of not being represented and felt she was not working for us, she informed my wife we were not paying her commission. Meaning that the Seller was paying the commission, even though we were the ones buying the property. The reason we felt she was not representing us is some of our concerns or requests were responded several times with “we do things a lot different here”.
