Buckner Properties is BY FAR the kindest, most helpful rental agency you will find! Mike kept us updated every step of the way and did everything and then some to find us a place! Best prices in town, too! The only reason we didn't sign is because the units were full, and now I know why! This is the best company to go through. Start with Buckner before looking anywhere else! (And if we didn't rent a unit and are still posting a 5 star review, you know they are great!!) Edit: Buckner Properties saved us from having to live in a dirty, rodent-filled apartment when we moved to Cookeville two years ago. We loved our time in our unit on E Broad Street and made great friends with our neighbors. Highly recommend this rental company!

Most of my adult life I’ve been a homeowner. After I sold my home, I needed to rent an apartment for a while. That’s when I came across Buckner Properties. The Buckner brothers run a top-notch apartment rental business. Their apartments feel like a home. Questions are answered without delay. Repairs are fixed quickly. They go out of their way every day to satisfy their renters.

I lived with Buckner Properties for a year, back in 2021-2022. I only moved because I received a job in a town too far away. Mike and his brother were always the nicest people and genuinely like helping others. I always recommend them to anyone.

I've lived in my townhouse on East Broad for three years now and I LOVE IT. It is incredibly inexpensive for all of the space we have, and Mr. Buckner is the nicest landlord we could have ever asked for. He and his family are wonderful people and really great to their tenants. The apartment is beautiful, and we have good neighbors; some are very friendly, and the others we don't see much, but no one is disruptive. It's a great place to live. Highly, highly recommend!
