Greenwood Place Apartments

I am honestly shocked to the core… WORST customer service ever. I work for property management and I am just so shocked. I think her name is Bethany? I told her I was looking for a one bedroom, she barely looked at me and went straight to the applications and just handed me one and TRIED to walk straight back to her office. Can’t even exaggerate this. I stopped her and asked if we can see one? She said “ nope we have none to show” I said “ not even a model” she said “ we don’t have models” like okay ? 🤣did not want to give us absolutely no information, she could of cared LESS. 100% should not be working in this office if the company is looking for occupancy.

Excellent management and maintenance guy... they both love their residents...will bend over backwards to help you... nice clean quiet property...nice pool that's seldom used. It's your own private resort...

I have 3 friends that have made this place their home. I have yet to see the interior of any apartment, but I'm sure they are nice. Not sure of the laundry situation either, but I know they have a nice pool!

THEY LOOK LOVELY ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE MANAGER IS A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON WHO HELPS OTHERS. I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH TO LIVE THERE IT FEELS SAFE THERE. ITS CLOSE TO WALMART AND THE PRICING IS REASONABLE. WHAT A BLESSING. THERES A POOL AND GREAT LANDSCAPING THAT LETS ME KNOW THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE OUTSIDE AS WELL AS THE INSIDE. I WANT A TOUR OF THE INSIDE OF AN APT SOON. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RAS.

Nice multilevel apartments with modern appliances. The grounds are well kept. No elevators.
