Campus Edge Apartments

I lived here for two years and never had any major problems. My neighbors were nice and I never had a problem with maintenance. The grounds were well kept and the amenities were nice to have. I could smell weed often, which is the only negative I have to say about living there. I would definitely recommend other students to live at this complex.

The four bedroom apartment is awesome for the price. The amenities at the complex are also great, with free coffee, pool table, study room, gym, and pool. Everything in the main building and the pool are both always clean. The management and employees are extremely nice and willing to help with anything you need. Maintenance is quick to fix stuff if you talk to them in person, too. The apartment itself has a nice dishwasher, stove, microwave, pantry and laundry room with washer and dryer included. There's also an additional closet in the kitchen that can be used for storage. It's nice and spacious. Definitely worth the price.

The gate never works, it is not worth the money, always had to put in maintenance requests, dishwasher never worked, fire alarm went off constantly for no reason, tv never worked. overall bad experience and would not recommend living here

I honestly love living at Campus Edge. I have my own bedroom and bathroom and a shared common area with my roommates. Yeah, the rent is a little high compared to other places in the area, but it does cover all expenses so that we only have to worry about one bill to pay for the month which, as someone living "on my own" for the first time, is fantastic. The apartment also comes furnished, which is great considering my hometown is over 2 hours away so moving furniture would be awful and buying it here would be even worse. Management is great and always happy to help. They set up complex wide programs to help you meet the others who live there and are always doing their best to make sure we are happy with where we live. Is the place perfect? No, but it was also built quickly and mostly full

I have lived at Campus Edge for over a year now, and I grow to love it more every day! I feel extremely safe in my neighborhood knowing there is a police officer on site and many families and students out and about in the area. My apartment is in BRAND new condition which is hard to say for many other complexes I've lived in. I feel very at home and I am very blessed to have come across this deal; $600 a month is all inclusive of all the amenities (gym, pool, dog park, volleyball court, lounge, student lab.) Staff is incredible as they have worked diligently to solve room mate issues, repairs, and even helped me install a TV in my room! Couldn't have asked for a better home!
