The Ravine

Three words for you…Drew is amazing! The best experience I’ve had with a property manager. He is attentive, caring, and really tries to help you find an apartment that best suits your needs. He was very understanding when I, sadly, did not think the apartment I viewed would fit my stuff (1st world problems, I know lol). Despite not renting at The Ravine, I would’ve, hands down, based on the experience I had with its property manager, Drew. IGC is lucky to have landed such an awesome employee!

I’ve had an AMAZING experience with this whole process. Drew is absolutely incredible at his job and being helpful with info and in general. The move in process and paperwork went smoothly and he helped me the whole way through it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have just recently moved into The Ravine and Ashly has made the whole transition from applying to the move in date very easy! The apartment is very spacious and has all brand new appliances! She was also very kind and helpful in staying late at the office when I got off work late and had to meet with her. Maintenance has also been very quick and helpful to resolve any of my problems I’ve found.

Been here for 5 months and honestly it's a very relaxed complex. Good neighbors and a very attentive office staff. If you put in a maintenance request it's answered in 1 day, 2 at most. Never had any issues

We’ve been here for several months, and have really enjoyed the place. Most importantly, their maintenance department responds quickly to any issues that come up. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up well, the pool is always clean. There’s plenty of parking, the place is dog friendly with lots of litter stations around the grounds. Holidays are celebrated with the children in mind, with pool parties in the summer, Christmas party with Santa and lots of good food...it really is a homey place. The apartments, while a little older, are nice and well maintained. Common areas in the buildings are cleaned every week. Each building is set up to give the maximum privacy, the balconies are nice too. Five stars!
