The Ranch at State Highway 123

let me start by saying, I'm a disabled VET who was too young to retire so I went back to school and became a nurse. I work with special needs kids day in day out they need more nurses. Ok so I have been here for over a year first Issue the fridge was leaking water from the Ice make put in a work order, I was told it was due to my fridge being to Cold! HHHMM what my fridge is set too cold???!! what next their going to say my oven doesn't work because I have it set too Hot!! any way 3 work orders later the issue was addressed a faulty washer. so ok that took months to fix and me mopping my kitchen every morning due to the water from the fridge. hey I get it, its not the maintenance guys fault if they don't get the budget to replace appliances just fix them with duct tape and hopes and dream

My mom and I had an amazing tour of the facility. The agent who talked to us was very thorough about the information we needed and was very personable and professional towards us when he asked about our lives and other things. The apartment he showed us was very nice and the location is a good spot when you want to go to New Braunfels too. I'm excited to see how move-in goes!

Only bad thing I have is that my air conditioning does not cool and the maintenance person(who is no longer working here) said the office personal does not want to replace it but is aware of the issue. The air conditioning runs 24 hours a day without shutting off and doesn’t go under 77 degrees! Every time I call them they say it’s fine and won’t fix it. This picture was just taken now and the air conditioning has been set at 74 since yesterday morning and has not shut off since but it is still at 77

UPDATE : WRONG LOCATION . ITS A RANCH OFF OF 123. LOL SORRY . THE MANAGER IS SUP3R NICE AT THE RANCH APARTMENT IM SEGUIN. My boyfriend has a friend that takes us to this ranch to go fishing . Well we went to shoot guns and fish a little. My boyfriend's friend Nick brought a friend named Jesse. He was talking about how great poppers are to fish with. We went to drop him off and he gave me and my boyfriend one. So the next day we went and tried them out. And this is what I caught. SHOUT OUT TO JESSE. THANK YOU....
