The Ranch at Cooper River

With the previous management/maintenance nothing got repaired, they said they would be in and didn’t come. Starting to see change already and I’m happy about it.

They did not take care of our issues and then kicked us out because of wrongful reasonings. They did not give us our security deposit back even though there was no damage done that we didn’t already pay for. They claimed there was damage but refused to show proof I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL! There was mold in my apartment for over 6 months and it caused my son who was 3 months old at the time to be rushed to the ER due to breathing problems CAUSED BY THE MOLD! We are STILL waiting on our security deposit .

It's a great place to call home but the rent is too pricey and there are no washer dryer hookups. My lawn doesn't get cut on a regular basis which causes me not to sit outside often as I would like. I pull the weeds up myself.

I hope the manager amber doesn’t still work here I will never forgive her for what she put my family through. Our lease was up and she tried to hold us hostage there and even called the cops on us for trying to leave! This places is ran by crooked people that try to steal your money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
