Waterleaf at Foxbank Apartments

I toured Waterleaf at Foxbank on Tuesday and had such a great experience! The property is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly, but the manager really stood out. She was incredibly nice, professional, and very informative, answering all of my questions and making me feel genuinely valued as a potential resident. If I decide to lease here, it will definitely be because of her and the amazing first impression she created. Highly recommend touring this community if you’re looking for a place that feels both beautiful and welcoming!

Service and grounds are top notch. Maintenance is wonderful. The office staff couldn't be more responsive and considerate. Pool area gets a bit too loud in the spring and Summer and needs more rule enforcement. Too many pet owners allow their dogs run free off their leashes which is frightening to those not familiar with the animals nature.

I enjoy my place of living! I love the staff all across the board! Very helpful and responsive at all times! Prices are not bad for the floor plans and they always have a deal or a give away going on!

The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. This year, The Waterleaf at Foxbank will be 3- years- old. I being one of its first tenants. The facilities are well kept, and the folks in the office are extremely responsive and personable. If I encountered any issues: maintenance, mail, moving, they answered my questions, at the very least, by next day. I can not thank this property enough for the warm welcome. I would highly recommend this apartment complex base on location and convenience alone. You will not be disappointed!

The staff is outstanding. Each customer receives undevided attention. Regardless of the issue they have a solution The neighbors are friendly and those that have animals are leashed and doggie bags are used. We like living here.
