The Farms at Moncks Corner

PLEASE READ – Tenant Treated Unfairly at The Farms at Moncks Corner My nephew, a young African-American male, has been trapped in unsafe living conditions for nearly a month. In the past 30 days, his apartment has flooded twice due to the negligence of his upstairs neighbor. We have video and photo evidence, yet management refuses to act promptly. Jessica Steiner, the property manager, personally told me that she would move him into another apartment on Monday. Then she turned around and told him it would be Friday — forcing him to remain in a potentially mold-infested, uninhabitable unit for several more days. This is despite the fact that there are vacant apartments available right now. She has also insisted he sign multiple contracts before relocating and has refused to help unless h

James has been great!!! Did awesome job at couple things I showed him. He got them fixed ASAP! Definitely appreciate him! Phillip checked on me the day I was moving in. Very attentive to my concerns. MC is BY FAR the best and awesome leasing agent I have every dealt with! She was so great and pleasant to work with. She was so patient with me; addressing all my questions, wants and whatnot to selecting the apt that would be most beneficial to me. She even worked late to help me and responded to my last minute questions. In the end, she is AWESOME to work with. All the folks I e dealt with at the Farms have been truly great and great asset to have!

Super nice staff. Especially MC Danner. She was honest and straightforward with me about everything. Super appreciative. James in maintenance is also amazing. Super quick and thorough. Thanks to them I’m super comfortable in my unit and excited to continue this lease.

MC Danner was absolutely amazing and worked with us to get into a place. Literally went out of her way and worked outside of business hours to help us in our time of need. Couldn't have done this without her. Would recommend 100%

James the maintenance man has been wonderful to work with. He took care of all my many requests/needs in a timely manner. James is a very friendly person and never once got agitated with all the work that had to be done in such a short timeframe. He did not leave a mess and cleaned up after his self as well (1st time experience this with maintenance)
