Lennar at Cypress Preserve

Beautiful community! Took my Client to view some new build communities today and she really likes this one so far :)

If there were negative stars, that’s what they would get. Complete smoke and mirrors. They will paint you a pretty picture but when the subpar homes have issues, they will fight you to take care of them. In the end you will be stuck taking care of it yourself. On the rare occasion that they do fix something, it’s worse than it was.

While looking to relocate, we stumbled across this amazing company. The homes are absolutely gorgeous & the price was right. Stop by, you won't regret it.

I think this will be an extremely nice neighborhood. It's laid out very well. In addition, the decision to leave pockets of mature trees, plus adding all the ponds only enhanced the appearance & character of the surroundings. Liked the floorplan of the home we toured, as we needed a lot of space. We're under contract & waiting for our home to be completed! Scheduled for an April closing!

The neighborhood is nice and I can't wait to move in but the process has been a headache since I've paid my Ernist deposit. Liz, the Consultant on site is wonderful to work with but John Proffitt... my loan officer seems like he could care less. I send emails and text messages to get no response. He hardly ever answers the phone and might call back a day or two later. Not to mention the closing dates were pushed back 4 months. The first home I built was with Lennar in 2016 and the whole process was way better.
