David is the best realtors I've ever had. I have bought and sold over 10 homes and this man is by far the hardest working, most honest and humble man you will ever meet. I sold my home in Texas living in CA. he took care of so many different issues free of charge to get the house up to speed for selling. He injured himself in the middle of the selling process and still watered the lawn, mowed the lawn and maintained all of the house during the "sitting" period of the sale.
