The Quarry

Me and my wife have both enjoyed are stay at the Quarry over the last few year . Luisanna was a great manager and easy to work with. The building itself was almost brand new when we moved in and it was just nice to live in an updated apartment with modern appliances inside the unit . Washer, dryer, dishwasher, icemaker. The building was built using high energy efficiency materials and the air conditioning was easy to maintain temperature. Which kept the bill down. Something I personally admired. All in all you cant go wrong with the Quarry. Check it out for yourself!

The Quarry has been an enjoyable place to live these past 3 years. It's hard to find a modern (yet relatively affordable) 2 bedroom apartment that has central air, washer/dryer in unit, open kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances - it has it all! The property manager, Luisanna, has always been very responsive and helpful which is much appreciated. I'm definitely going to miss living steps away from Dark Horse and Palm Springs Liquor. This location is a gem.

I see other people have stated our property manager was great but we’re going on the third one since I’ve lived here and she hasn’t resolved any issues I’ve had. The coffee shop attached to the apartments annd park ancross the street attract a lot of traffic especially on the weekends. I’ve had to call to get cars towed after waiting 20-30 mins to get into my spot. When asked can an email be sent in regard to skating and boarding in the parking lot it was responded to but not resolved. There are break ins into vehicles over night even tho there’s cameras and “security” on site. My rents gone up $400 in the 2 yrs I’ve been here and my apt isn’t even modern/ upgraded. It’s also on the third floor, we don’t have elevators and you can hear all your neighbors conversations for first floor and u

I just moved here a few weeks ago and I love it. As far as management Luisanna has been more than great. Ever since first applying she was very responsive and helped me through the process. I had a few work orders put in, and they fixed it within the next few days or within the week. I love my apartment here, it's very homey and cute! Very quiet for the most part besides the usual tenants that tend to be loud above me. They have lemon and orange trees right out side the building which I love as well. Would definitely recommend this place and I love Luisanna she's been so awesome to me with any questions or concerns.

Modern, upscale apartments in La Mesa. Across the street from Collier Park and Stormberg Orthodontics. There is a small lot for residents, otherwise parking can be a bear. Located on Palm Ave. off Spring Street, it's close to freeways but tucked away. Easy access to markets, downtown La Mesa and trolley system. Though distance to freeways, shops and services are short, there are lots of traffic lights and heavy traffic during peak hours getting into and out of this section of La Mesa making quick travel by auto difficult. Dark Horse Coffee opened up a location here on 8/10/18.
