The Presley Apartments

Overall satisfactory experience! I applied online as I was moving from NC. The process was easy and flexible. The price is convenient. Brittany is really good and attentive she helps a lot with everything and she clearly loves her job. Had a negative experience with Aimee who was not responding at all and not really helpful with anything and every time I go to Brittany the issue gets resolved 👏. The new girl is also good and nice ( sorry I can’t remember her name).

I just moved to the area for work and The Presley Apartments fits what i was looking for. It's close to convenient stores and restaurants. Also, the airport is just around the corner. Most importantly, I love that Its just 20 minutes away from my workplace, which is what wanted.

I've been struggling to find a place to live and on such short notice, the leasing manager was so patient with all of the questions I kept asking, the facilities are clean and tidy, ask them about their amenities you get what you pay for here and so much more you wouldn't expect. it gives this whole new York modern style to it, And even though it's next to the airport you can't hear any noise whatsoever from any unit, multiple planes flew by as I was being shown different units and it's very very quiet, the appliances are brand new, the security and safety of their tenants takes priority and the neighbors or kind and welcoming as well, it's located next to everything you could need, as well as the bus stops, train stations and of course the airport, located 13 minutes away from Providence,

I’ve been living at The Presley Apartments for about five months now, after relocating from Omaha, Nebraska to Warwick, Rhode Island. The move was a significant adjustment, especially in terms of cost per square foot, which is substantially higher here. That said, I’ve approached the change with realistic expectations and an open mindset. Like many newer or converted properties, there have been a few issues along the way, including water-related problems, a heater outage, and amenities such as the pool not yet being available. While these situations are understandably frustrating, what truly stands out is how the management team has handled them. The on-site management and staff have consistently gone above and beyond to address concerns, communicate clearly, and resolve issues as quickly

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Do not lease this place unless you want to be SUFFERING IN SILENCE! I stayed with my friend for about 2weeks & while I was visiting I developed a NASTYYY cough, I blamed it on the cold and flu season until my friend told me that the apartment actually does have bunch of mold! I went on facebook and it was literally the first thing to pop up! the pictures were DISGUSTING, its evil they are keeping the tenants silent. the post is gone too! probably have their lawyers working overtime Do not rent!!!
