Lyon property management has been a great experience due to their professional and kind ways to help solve problems in my apartment.I Want to mention a special person Ian Buffum it's such a great pleasure to work with him.His patience , kindness and problem solving is very spectacular. I recently just moved into a new apartment with Lyon Property Management! It happened so fast and I am so grateful and thankful for them! They made the process so easy no problem at all!! My property manager Jess was so helpful! I recommend her and the place all together to anybody!!

Worst company ever. Never received an option to renew my tenancy. Received a letter and wasnt given the full 30 days from notice to vacate. Rats and mice in the house. Broken heater. Hot water pipe busted in this apartment and I was told by neighbors it wasn’t the first time. I will tell everyone in my life not to rent from this company or work here. I will make a YouTube video about my experience. I documented everything. SLUM LORDS.

I worked with Jenn, Chris and Zy and was amazed at how thorough they were with taking care of every step of the tenant search. The whole staff at Lyon Property Group were professional, courteous and friendly during the whole process. They took care of everything from advertising my property, screening potential tenants with all background checks , credit checks and reference checks. They also went over and above the normal financial and security checks and found a tenant that is a perfect personal fit for my particular property. They made the whole process go smoothly and efficiently relieving all the stress from me doing it myself. My experience with Lyon has been wonderful. I contacted several companies, but none of them offered service as great as yours. The agent, Jake G., is truly an honest and dedicated person.
