This review pertains to one particular realtor at this company who behaved in an unethical way that is not in keeping with the Code of Ethics that has been adopted by the National Association of Realtors. Here is the timeline: 1. In September 2024, Mr. Hayes represented the buyer of the property at 125 Oak St and the adjacent property. The buyer was his father and father's business partner. Hayes led the sellers who represented their recently deceased elderly mother's estate, to believe that the buyer's son would live in the existing house, and they would build a separate single-family home on the other lot. 2. With so many amazing things to say let’s start with John Willette. Not only was he extremely professional but there were also moments where we would laugh. He treated me more like a person than just a sale. To say I felt comfortable and confident in him selling my house is incredibly underrated. I had two other realtors and who tried for months to sell.
