Update: I spoke directly with Dan Balkun today after my review. He apologized for the lack of call backs and was able to assist me in the right direction with the issues I had with escrow. He really went above and beyond despite my initial disgruntled status. His company performed titling and paperwork for my closing but was not involved in the escrowing . He gave me the information that I needed to move forward and even offered excellent customer service recovery above and beyond what I was expecting.
